Mechanical Engineers

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural design of the crane
2. Provide technical guidance and problem solving for the production of the crane
3. Participate in the technical improvement project and installation and commissioning of the crane
4. Responsible for analyzing the crane failure and proposing solutions
5. Provide after-sales technical support

Expect you:
1. Bachelor degree or above, related to mechanical majors;
2. More than 5 years of independent crane design experience, successful technical improvement projects are a plus;
3. Proficient in using UG/SolidWorks/CAD and other drawing software;
4. It is very commendable if you are proactive, responsible, focus on teamwork and communicate well with others

Hydraulic Engineers

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for relevant product development and solution design;
2. Responsible for the functional realization and drawing design of hydraulic components, hydraulic systems and their core components;
3. Responsible for handling relevant product design issues in daily production,
4. Assist in providing relevant technical documents and marketing and after-sales information;
5. Responsible for tracking and proposing solutions for relevant testing, marketing, and after-sales issues.

Expect you:
1. Bachelor degree or above, hydraulic and mechanical related majors are preferred;
2. Proficient in using CREO for three-dimensional pipeline design, familiar with CAD and other software;
3. Experience in hydraulic system design;
4. Experience in vehicles, road machinery, and heavy machinery is preferred.
5. Understand electrical system, familiar with the working principles of electrical control and electric parts, and be able to cooperate with the electric technology team.

Electric Engineers

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of electrical control systems, component selection, and system debugging of mobile engineering machinery and equipment;
2. Responsible for the planning of intelligent technical solutions for products, as well as related work during the development process;
3. Responsible for the organization and reporting of project and solution review materials;
4. Participate in the quality tracking, improvement, and enhancement of product electronic control systems;
5. Complete the formulation of vehicle control strategies, the determination of network architectures and high and low voltage electrical architectures;
6. Complete the selection of relevant components and wiring harness design for the whole vehicle.

Expect you:
1. Master degree or above, majoring in automation, mechatronics, and electrical;
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in vehicle control strategies, network and electrical architectures, wiring harness design, etc. Those with experience in intelligent automotive electronic control and electronic and electrical are preferred.
3. Participated in the design and development of mobile engineering machinery electronic control systems;
4. Familiar with the electrical design specifications of mechanical products, and proficient in CAD, Eplan, office and other work software;
5. Understand hydraulic control, familiar with the working principles of hydraulic control and hydraulic parts, and be able to cooperate with the hydraulic technology team.

International sales

Responsibilities:
1. Sell the company’s high-quality products with competitive advantages to target customers in need
2. Be responsible for the entire process of customer business: from understanding needs, establishing contacts, inquiring, to signing contracts, following up on the delivery of goods, formulating transportation plans, providing information to customers, solving and communicating after-sales problems, and doing everything possible to meet all customer requirements with the support of the company and leadership
3. Participate in meetings and negotiations for major sales projects or orders, follow up on the progress of projects or orders, and ensure the success rate of key customers and the satisfaction rate of signed customers;
5. Establish customer files, manage customer relationships, and plan, manage and report other foreign trade business work.

Expect you:
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6, fluent and authentic spoken English, outstanding ability to read and write English;
2. The university major is international trade, business English, engineering machinery, and it is better to have an export trade skills certificate
3. More than 3 years of foreign trade work experience, good interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, and teamwork skills;
4. Love learning and sales, strong execution, and have a long-term career plan for the engineering machinery industry;
